Sculptor
ABOUT ME
My sculptures are a way for me to leave traces in a certain time and space in both environmental landscape and the consciousness of the audience.
I consider myself a link in a chain that is entrusted with passing on the experience of society and the accumulated cultural heritage of generations, their aspirations, and ideals.
If the work is positioned correctly in terms of environment and composition, it will successfully engage the audience, charging them with inspiration and energy. I hope the monumental sculptures I’ve produced in Latvia and elsewhere in the world produce such an effect on the audience. They are the result of marking and reminding about the major efforts and achievements of our society.
MOST SIGNIFICANT MONUMENTAL WORKS
